Second Step offers career coaching services, including resume reviews, interview preparation, and personalized career guidance. All services are delivered based on the scope agreed upon in advance.
2. No Guarantees
While we strive to provide high-quality, actionable coaching, we do not guarantee job placement, specific career outcomes, or interview offers. Your results depend on many factors beyond my control.
3. Payments and Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, services are paid in advance and are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
4. Use of Materials
Any documents, resources, or materials we share with you during our work together are for your personal use only. Please do not reproduce, share, or distribute them without our written permission.
5. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client behaves disrespectfully, inappropriately, or abusively. Coaching is a collaborative and respectful process.
